US Border Guards and the TSA have the legal authority, if they simply
'believe' there is probable cause, to search anyone, anytime in any manner,
without a search warrant. What is the problem with a female police officer
searching a 10 year old, in a known drug house who could be hiding drugs,
with a search warrant? US border guards and the TSA routinely find
contraband on babies, often even in their diapers ;)
