95 camry LE Replacement needed?

i am a bit of a newbie, so i dont know what these parts are called ... but they are torn up, so im wondering if i need my shocks/springs or any other suspension parts replaced, or if this wear is something i can ignore:

to clarify, its the part in the picture behind the springs that covers the shocks(?) ... its hard to see in the picture, but theyre completely detached and on the back wheels they are torn apart

You would be able to replace the strut boots alone. They are often replaced when the worn out struts are changed since accessible at that time. Pricing on suspension parts (boots, shocks, and struts) can be found below. Give me a call with any questions.
