re: future tires for my sequoia

I have a '06 toyota sequoia sr5. I have little knowledge about rims and tires so please bare with me. I currently have a 17 inch. rim in my suv. So for my future reference, I'm thinking about to replace my tire (after being worn out) with a bigger tire size but with an exemption of not replacing my current rims (17"). Is that possible? If it is, what will be the ideal size in getting a bigger set of tires? Also, I'm looking for a really good set of tires, so any suggestions? Can anyone please help me? Thanks!

We have used 265 65 17 and 275 60 17 on the vehicle and both should bit on the factory wheels. There isn't a lot of options out there in the 275 60. Give me a call if you want to discuss further or if I may be of help. You can browse tires by size or vehicle at the link below.
