What size for BBS wheel?

I've got a chance to get a steal of a deal on a set of BBS RX242SRK 16x7 wheels with a 40mm offset. I was curious what would be the best tire size to get. I found a similar wheel on Tire Rack and they recommended a 205/60/16. Would this be my best bet? What would the differences be between a summer only tire and an all season tire?

A 205 60 16 would be ok in addition to 215 55. The summer tires will offer better wet and dry performance than the all season but will wear faster. Give me a call to discuss the details.
