Winter Tire Sizes for 07 Camry
I have an '07 Camry SE V6 with stock 215/55/17 w/ a diameter of 26.3in
I just picked up some OEM Toyota 16" wheels from an '05 Camry.
I'm looking to toss on some winter tires for them.
My options are:
1) 205/60/16 with Dunlop SP Winter 3D or Michelin Pilot Alpin PA2
Diameter: 25.7in
2) 215/60/16 Goodyear Eagle Ultra Grip GW3
Diameter: 26.2in
The weather conditions would be Mid-West Chicago, so there would be some snow storms, but since it is in the city, it should be shoveled up fairly quickly, that's why I'm looking at performance winter instead of studdless ones.
I know 205 is better for snow and 215 would give me slightly better traction in the dry, but how good are those Goodyear tires?
