Should work great make sure you use an OE lug that is built for the wheels.

20" 2007 Tundra wheels 20x8 60 offset 110.20mm hub
16" 01 Landcrusier 18x8 60mm offset 110.00mm hub.

*I would check for break clearance just to make sure before you drive with them. the x factor of the tundra wheels might be different but You are probably ok.

yeah no sweat. when you bolt them down do it by hand in the star pattern then torque them by hand too. Don't use an air gun, that should help you center them if there is a little play.
