Would a 18x7.5inch rim with 225/40/18 tires and a POSSIBLE +45 offset still fit on my 99 solara with no probs??

You may have to test fit on the tires....have seen some cars where the 225 40 18 may require fender mods.

If you can avoid it, don't use the spacers, they are bad news baseballs.
