i have a car that has been sitting in my garage for a year and a half now. im getting it running and ready for the road again but i know the tires will have 4 flat spots on them from sitting so long. will these spots come out once i start driving it and smooth out or will these tires now permanently give off a flintstone like ride?

A tire sitting for several months or more will run the risk of being permanently flat spotted. The flat spot may work itself out once driven and once the tires heat up again. You'll have to go for a spin and see what happens. The link below will have more detailed information.
