'99 Corolla Lug nut taper?

My son has a set of Pirelli winter tires mounted on Ronal alloys off an 83 Audi Coupe GT and the bolt pattern is the same as the Corolla, the offset out maybe 20mm, tire size only slightly larger, but we're not sure where to get the taper design/info on the Corolla nuts. Comparing the Audi wheel bolts and the Corolla nuts, they appear to be the same, but I'm asking the forum if anyone knows for sure. The nuts are getting 7 full revolutions before tightening up, so stud length isn't a problem. The holes on the Ronals are recessed enough that it's hard to tell how much contact between wheel and nut there really is.

Don't have to have the Ronals on there, but they are already nitrogen filled, and it would save me the hassle of finding winter rims for the Corolla. Wasn;t sure how to phrase a search criteria for something like this, so a link to a previous post would be more than okay.

TIA
