01 Sienna rim questions?

I've got an 01 Sienna. I'm looking for summer rims for this van, I look on charts of possible fitting rims and find lots that have the same size, bolt pattern and hub centre bore but not many have an "M" offset, most are "H". What does this offset letter mean to me?

Stock rims are 15x6 will a 15x7 or 15x6.5 work?

My Sienna rims have an M offset. Will a rim that has the same specs (Centre bore, width, diameter stud count/placement) but has an H offset fit?

Offset is measured in milimeters not letters. Offset is where the backside of the mounting pad is located on the wheel from center. Back spacing is the measurement from the back of the mounting pad to the back side of the wheel. Typically speaking, the higher the offset, the more the wheel will tuck inwards towards the suspension. The lower the offset, the more the wheel will push out towards the fender.

For Example:

If you have a -12mm offset on a 9" wide wheel, the mounting pad would be 12mm towards the back of the wheel from the center. If you have a +12mm offset on a 9" wide wheel, the mounting pad will be 12mm forward from center.

"H" means High Positive Offset Typically +35 to +55, "M" means Medium Positive Offset Typically +15 to +25 and "L" means None or Low Positive Offset Typically 0 to +15.

What I want to know is will they fit my van? Will the increased offset cause the tires to rub on the suspension?
