Ok, figured out finally its a Hyundai 95-00 Accent and Honda Accord 90-96. Honda accord's spare in the early 90's bolt pattern was a 4x114.3.

The fact that it's a 13" really limits what that wheel is for. 240SX used 15" wheels. Honda Accords last used a 13" in 1989. Older 13" Accord wheels had round holes around the edges. I would guess this is a Nissan Stanza wheel from around the early eighties. I don't think I'd want one of whatever that wheel comes from. It's also possible it comes from some horrid old Mitsubishi or Hyundai.
