Last week I ordered some rims and tires from the Discount Tire store on Fossil Creek Parkway in Fort Collins, Colorado. First off, they matched an online price that I had found the saved me about $300.00 or more. Next, when I got off of work yesterday, I had a 2 hour drive from Sterling. Unfortunately, I did not get to the store until about 10 minutes after the store had technically closed but the people there were kind enough to stay open for me to get there. Next, I was expecting them to just throw everything on and go since everyone was working late on my truck but that was not the case at all. They pre-fit the rims to make sure they would fit. The tire tech had questions because the rims were so close to the calipers so he asked the Manager for his advice. They determined that even though it was close, there was nothing hitting and everything was good to go. But there still took there time and did not rush it even though they were all working late. By the time my truck was done, everyone probably worked close to 2 hours over because the rims I had installed all had beadlocks that had to also be put on as well as TPMS' from the original rims that had to be swapped over. Every employee did not complain once and showed nothing but care for my truck. Overall, I left very impressed with the service I received at this store and plan on buying more tires from them in the future!
