Help choosing wheels
I have a 1990 Celica GTS with the factory 15" wheels. The tires are shot and need to be replaced and I'd like to upgrade the wheels to something a little larger and more modern. I have basically zero knowledge about the physics behind tire and wheel sizes and how they relate to the way a vehicle handles. That said, I found a nice set of 17x7" aluminum wheels off a late model Camry which look really good and are priced well. What kind of problems am I going to run into trying to mount these on my Celica? Obviously I'll need to be very selective about the tires I choose so they don't bind on the car body in tight turns, right? Somebody walk me through this. Thanks.
