I go around to different SoCal Toyota Dealerships and test them to see if they're up to par with the information of the cars, the options, and the specs. Not to mention their customer service. After I'm done conducting it, I'll mail it over to Toyota in Torrance and ask them to look it over at the statistics on how well their dealers are doing.
I'm not doing this because I'm pissed at some dealers, I'm only doing this to point out the problems and the improvements of the dealers. This will most likely help them pressure the dealers to practice better customer service.
Think about it......people don't buy Toyota because of the customer service, they buy it because they know it's a good car. Some of them don't like certain dealers. If I can do this and make Toyota make some of the dealers practice some good service, they'll get more customers and continuing customers, making the business and the reputation even better.
