I just took delivery on my Highlander Hybrid. I have gone through one tank of gas and only got 300 miles on it. This calculates to less than 20 MPG. I have the all wheel drive model which is EPA'd at 31/27. I have just filled it up with 87 octane and will see if it improves? At this point I am greatly dissapointed and was getting better mileage with my 6 cylinder SR5 4 Runner. I do have a suspicion that the mileage is temperature dependent. It seems in this thread that those of you living in warmer climates are getting better gas mileage. It is winter time here in Iowa so am hoping this may be an effect? Any comments?
