that's a decent pair of budget speakers. the frequency response is good and they're pretty efficient. if they don't exceed your mounting depth, it should be a simple operation. pay attention to which post (+/-) the speaker wires are on when you take them off of the factory speakers so you don't wire them up backwards to your new speakers. if the speaker wires are attatched to the speaker with an adapter, you may have to get a wiring diagram to determine which wire is positive and which is negative. do a sound check before you put the panel back on and you should be set.
