If it's under warranty, you should contact kicker about it. If not, they may have some authorized repair facilities, or you can send them to Kicker to get fixed, not for free.
You could also look for an electronic repair shop like TV repair shop, a bit hard to come by nowadays, but there's still some around. Take the amp to them and tell them your problem and they can investigate. At the minimum, they should be able to diagnose it and give you an estimate. My uncle used to own a TV repair shop and fixed all types of stuff that people brought in, including TV, VCR, DVD, home receivers/amps, microwave, tape players, car stereo, etc.
