Hell yeah man get the Arc flatline, that sub is killer

Even in a ported enclosure, it should still have great sound quality.

But how many subs were you planning on running and what's the budget?

Dang, your extra sub/amp setup would cost as much as my whole system, with subs.

Can you hook it up with a job where you're working ?

Seriously

Check out the rec'd ported enclosure size they list on the website, then double it for two subs.

I think you should be fine with just the one amp powering them. Ported subs don't require as much power as a sealed sub. Also, I believe this sub is a spinnoff of the IDMAX. Those are rated for 1000 watts rms, but you wouldn't want to send 1K watts to one in a ported enclosure, that'd be too much. Also the IDMAX's are known to play wel off 600 watts even in a sealed enclosure. So I'm pretty sure these subs will play great off the power you have available.

2 of them should fit. They recommened 1.8 cu. ft. for ported. So your looking at around 4 cu. ft. more or less.

Basshead.

I'd be happy with one of those subs. One of them would work perfectly with my amp.

only reasons i got the kickers is that i got them for 85 dollars each and they do get loud too

cam sending 500w to each would that be holding the subs back??

I'm pretty sure your amp does quite a bit more than rated power. And in a ported enclosure you don't need as much power.

You should email Jason Sizemore @ Arc and see what he thinks.

I'd take the Arc over the JL W7 myself. Not that it's a better sub(but it might be) but because you got an all Arc system, and that's cool as hell , plus with 2 12W7's you'd definitely need another amp.
