Not to sound like an a$$, but my Sony XM 3002 Monoblock does 1000x1 @1 ohms, 600x1 @2ohms and about 300-400w @4ohms. Just stating those specs b/c unless it's a high current amp, wattage may not matter? I assume Cam2Xrunner influenced you Takeabao lol? I wish I knew more abt that amp b/c it comes across as one of the best, but I am not familiar with it

The difference between this amp and a Sony Monoblock, is that this is a Class AB amp, as opposed to a Sony Class D amp.
Not too many amps can put out this much clean power without using Class D technology.
This is one of those cases where you might actually hear a difference in sound quality between two amps. Not only because it is an audiophile amp, but mainly because of the Class AB vs Class D.
And yes, I found him the deal on it. I don't want to say the price, but it was considerably cheaper than the lowest price on the market. Retail is over 600 dollars.
