Amp Rack Progress Pics (56k O.k)

Just figured i shoot some pictures along of the amp rack as it goes in.

This idea turned out to be the easiest for me to do, so here she is so far.

The main thing that i was worried about was being strong enough, not shaking too much or what not. It certainly is when i grab it and shake it the car moves with it.
Its mounted with 3 L brackets (2x2 screws) on the bottom, a screw in the upper left, which is too short, only grabs by like 2 threads. and a bolt on the upper right.
In the 2nd pic you can see the ground location, i dremeled off all the paint and got a bolt washer and nut that fits nicely.

Also the bottom looks like shit, the screws dont go in very nicely. So i think im going to cover them somehow, even after i cover up the entire thing with some fabric(likely after i finish tuning the entire system and get some time and cash)

do your seats fold down if so you can do what i did, and its a much better solution:
