I can't speak for how good a deal that is for those components, but my experience with Infinity's wasn't good. I had the Kappa 5x7's for my last car and I found the highs were way too harsh. The speakers you're looking at have soft dome tweeters, though, so what I'm saying my not matter at all.

I dont like Infinity Refrence, except for the amplifiers. The Kappa series version of that is much better. I installed them once in a customers car, and i found them to be nothing special.

I have a Crutchfield coupon code, pjiqx-9kid5-1eryf, if you spend $200 and are a new customer.

I use Infinity Kappas in my Paseo. Fronts are 4" components, rears are 6½" coaxials. I started with References, but finally upgraded to Kappas through a service agreement. I like them. They are not great for bass, but the highs are good. I am looking for some replacements since my tweeters are crispy. They might be another besides the Kappas.

yea if your looking for any sort of bass response i wouldnt really reccommend these.. infinities have never offered much of that.. but as your clear sounding.. oo man! nice.. my brother has 2 ways 6.5's shallow and none shallow in his celica.. and they still sound good even with the stock radio.. amazing.. crisp and clear..
