Need help for 99 Solara

Whatsup everybody. I have recently blown a few of my speakers (JBL factory) and I am now in the market for new speakers. I want to, by christmas, have a headunit, tweeters, new 6.5's and I think they are 6x9's in the back. Also I would like to get an amp for those. What would be the best setup I could get for under 1k? I was looking at an Alpine headunit, XAudio (?) tweeters and Pioneer speakers. Im not sure what type of amp to get. Do these sound ok? I was told 700 installed for all of this (with the amp), and new 15% tint also. I am also looking into getting 2 12" subs later down the road with a custom box and amp. Right now I only have the money for this though. Any help is appreciated.

With 1,000 bucks you can have a pretty good sound system. Are you willing to install yourself?

Then what I would do is buy the stuff first then find out a quote on installation. I've never even heard of XAudio.

Find out what they would charge to install your own stuff, then work around the remaining budget.
