Season of Upgrades Need suggestions

This winter is gonna be a season of upgrading for my System.

For those who dont know i Currently have a Panasonic CQ-7301u Head Unit, 4 Alpine 3-way 6x9"s powered by a Alpine 4-channel Amp.

In January Im planning on getting 2 Arc Audio Flatlines that will be powered by my infinity reference 1210a amplifier. When i get the ARC's im also going to remove the rear speakers and go without rear fill.

Instead I want to go with an active setup.

I want to get a 3-way active setup (Tweeter, Mid-range, & Mid-Bass). Id like to stick with alpine, but if there is something out there thats better for cheaper im open to trying something new.

I plan on selling all Four 6x9's and the 4-channel amp. That will probably get me $250 or so. And i will have in febuary around $600-800 to spend on an active setup.

Can tell me what u would get as far as ( Components, X-Over, Amplifiers) ? Brand/Setup Suggestions? If it helps i own a Gen5 Camry.
