Aux. Input Adapter - IP-Bus to RCA...difference in adapters. pioneer.

I am looking into getting a aux. input adapter so I can play my MP3 player through my Pioneer HU. I was wondering if there is a difference in adapters between the pioneer and just a generic IP-Bus to RCA adapter.

Pioneer offers the CD-RB10:

But then I saw just regular adapters:

Is there a difference between the two? The only difference I saw is the price. They both do the same conversion (RCA to IP-Bus). Or is there something special with the pioneer brand adapter?

Just wonderin....

i bought the actual pioneer one and hid the install into the little box below my head unit. Its really nicely concealed and allows me to just reach in, plug in my 1/8" to RCA adapter and the ipod is instantly hooked up. But I'm pretty sure either will work just fine.
