3rd Generation what wattage amp kit should i buy.plus amp for woofer or speakers??

OK,i have a question for all of you hardcore audio experts .i have aftermarket 6x9's in the rear of my gen 3 camry.along with aftermarket 6.5's in my doors.i have a sweet 150 or 200 watt pioneer amp.i want to hook it up so im pushing some much needed wattage from my aftermarket speakers.the amp has speaker level input so i know i can use this amp for that.my question is : what type of amp kit i should purchase, gauge, wattage all that stuff.im not very electronically inclined, and i know you guys are.OR instead of pushing the speakers with the amp,i have a 200 watt 8 inch woofer in a box already.should i use the amp for my aftermarket speakers in my car or the woofer???also are their any diy's on the site for doing all this.maybe i can do it myself and learn it once and for all.thanx guys ahead of timeeee

Is the Pionner amp 150W or 200W RMS? Do you have the model number of the amp?
For power: 8AWG should be ok, and 4AWG will definitely work.

Some good amp kits found here: http://www.knukonceptz.com

8 gauge is all you need.

If you want to use this 4 channel amp(it is a 4 ch right?) to power the sub too, use the front channels on the front speakers, then bridge the rear channels for the sub(That is if the sub's ohm configuration is doable-what ohm is the sub?)
