2nd Generation Is it worth it?

I have a 1990 V6 LE Camry Wagon. I called up crutchfield to get an idea on what it would be to replace the front speakers, and they said they dont have any 4 inch infinity's that will fit the bolt pattern, and that its the results are usually not very good and they dont recommend it. I've done all the research on putting some speakers in there and most people are saying that only 3.5 inchers will fit. But lets say i go through the hell to fit some 4 inch speakers in that dash, is it gonna be worth it sound quality wise?

Anybody have some suggestions on kick panels that dont look trashy? These cars are in the top 10 of being stolen so I want to have a nice system that looks stock so i dont get any break ins. I've found old postings on how to make them and so on, but all the pictures are dead or the link just doesnt work.

Suggestions anybody?

3.5" speakers suck, you can fit 4 in there, its not that hard, but still those suck too.

thats what i did with my old camry, 88 LE did something similar. Neither one of us still has a camry, but I saved the pods, if you're interested, we can make a deal. You can fit 6.5-6.75" speakers in those.

If you want kickpanels, I suggest making your own from fiberglass.
