Neon lights stopped working in Lanzar capacitor

I just purchased a Lanzar Capacitor (2.4 Farad) and on the first day the neon lights stopped working.
The digital display still works. Does anyone know if this is a common and if this brand is any good? I now have concerns of overal quality for this product.

Lanzar is shit.

Get rid of your capacitor -- it will do nothing for you.

ok ok, I don't want to get into the topic if they are useless or not.
My original questions is about the brand Lanzar and the neons.

Lanzar pretty much makes crap.

They're OPTI series is decent, at best. Back in the days then they were engineered by Stephen Mantz (Zed Audio), they were renowned to be great performers.

Now they suck -- and there's no arguing that. Stay away.

Were you having a problem with the lights dimming? If so, did the Capacitor help?

my capacitor was 3 farads, it did nothing. You must have a tiny system then. the big 3 upgrade did more than my capacitor did
