the factory amp powers rear 6x9 deck speakers, if you remove it your rear speakers will cut out, i dont think there is a way to bypass it but i havent looked recently

yes. the factory amp is not very good. are you just looking to buy a head unit, or do you want to put in an entire system? do you have any experience with car audio as of now?

i have little experience...my dad helps me when i nned info...i just want 2 upgrade the headunit and all stock speakers...dont need subs...i need to put stuff in the trunk

how much do you wan to spend total? ditch the rears...spend whatever money you were going to spend on upgrading the rears on your fronts. get a good deck and you will be fine.
