turbo timer and kill switch

Ive got an ae92 gtz 88. And soon to be slaped an a fat turbo, and in following to that a turbo timer. I am wanting to know is it possible to install some kind of kill switch using just the earth, 12v + and ignition wires off the turbo timer?

The thing is, this if i install a kill switch and turn car off and turbo timer is still running, would it not mean that when i press kill switch then hole car will turn off so no point in turbo timer?

Want something that when the turbo timer cuts off then kill switch activates i believe this is a latching switch? Does anyone know how to wire them up?
