Help Me Please...

Does anyone know if the factory radio.. the 6 disc changer in a 2005 toyota corolla xrs has rca jacks in it\?? I am installing a xact visor sirius satellite radio and the fm modulator has some static and I am thinking of finding a way to hard wire in the radio.. any suggestions would be awesome thanks in advance

my best guess even tho its my wifes 2003 corolla... i did a SIRIUS Sportster Replay install today.

you cant use the most common hard wire adapter and keep your CD changer. That adpater plugs into the spot where your cd changer plug is. Then it has either 1 or 2 sets of RCA jacks. Then you use a RCA--->1/8" input jack cable direct into your player.

I don't follow.. the six disc changer is built in the radio... I was talking about an aux channel or something of that nature. the visor has an audio jack on it.. and an fm out on it.. I am new to all this so I am a little confused.. thanks again

ahh never mind then. i dont do toyotas much. hers had a normal cd/radio combo, and an unused cd changer plug in the back. so it was a different case.

It plugs into the CD changer port on the back of the stock CD player.

Has two set's of input.

but he said his headunit IS the cd changer??

yes the changer is the headunit.. can i still use my 6 disc changer with the aux interface.. tia
