How many subs are you getting, are the subs dual voice coil or single voice coil? What ohm load is your amp stable to?

alot of amps are better with the 4ohm duel voice set up. but if you brige it right and run the wireing on the speakers right you can run the 2 ohm setup.

it would help us alot if you gave us the amp. and the speaker you are planing to run.

If you want 1 ohm, get the dual 4 ohm version. Wire all the voice coils in parallel and you will have a one ohm load.

If they have 2 ohm single voice coils, that works also - just wire them in parallel to get 1 ohm load. If they're DVC 2 ohm, don't get those because you cannot get a 1ohm load from that.

Check Elemental Designs. They have some 1-ohm stable amps at a good price. A little more than $300 but well worth it.

You could always find a 1-ohm stable Hifonics amp for $220. They work too, they are legit.
