Sirius in an xb
I just bought a 2006 scion xb last November and it came with the stock Pioneer radio with single cd changer and manual volume control. The radio has a button marked SAT and this is supposed to switch from AM to SATELLITE. At least I think that's how it works. Any way, I don't want to pay what the dealer wants ($449) Does any one know for sure whether the Pioneer model SIR-PNR1 tuner unit will work? It is available from online retailers and from circuit city and best buy for about $99. No one seems to be able to tell me for sure whether this will work with the factory stock Pioneer radio. I've called Sirius, and their telephone service dept leaves much to be desired. Any help?
