In Dash Navigation

I own a 03' Avalon and i am thinking about replacing the headunit with a in dash navigation system. I am wondering which one is the best for a cheaper amount. I have been researching a couple of places and found that the in dash units run in the range of 1500 to 2000. I am not planning to spend that much so i am hoping that anyone knows who and what is the cheapest?

Thank you

Do you want JUST navi or DVD and navi? or does it matter? If you want just Navi, I got a nice Pioneer D1. But if you want both and have room for the flip up, the Pioneer N2 is nice. But if you want just DVD, Kenwood has a nice one out right now for about $500.

Well, since you have mentioned it, i was actually looking into the D1. I did not really want one of the motorized flip screen navigation cause i thought it wasnt going to look good since i would have to remove part of the wood trim as well. The d1 is just going to fit in and with the right kit , it thought it would look nice. The dvd part isn't that important to me. Are you selling your D1?

If you want a real nice DVD and Navi, check out the eclipse AVN line. I'm putting the AVN5495 into my buddy's Passat in a week.
