Question Ordering Online

Hi all! I'm looking to order a CD Deck online. www.onlinecarstereo.com Here's the Link to what i want. http://www.onlinecarstereo.com/CarAu...roductID=14675

Questions:

It claims that the item is brand new but sometimes in my job i can repack a returned item to replicate a new one. I want the manufacturer 1 year warranty and i want the porduct brand new and trouble free. Have any of you ordered audio equipment online? Have any of you ordered anything from the website stated?

Thanks Im on love with that CDXM8110 and the price i see it at the above page is excellent.

When buying audio equipment online, I only buy from authorized dealers. I don't think onlinecarstereo is an authorized Sony dealer, since they state "All warranty claims must be made through OnlineCarStereo.Com customer service."

1) Don't buy a Sony deck in the 1st place. Especially not that one and at that price.

2) Only buy from authorized online dealers. www.sounddomain.com

Ok.

I've read alot about sony decks and theres a lot of people who say theyr a piece of crap. others say theyr great. I personally have never had problems with any sony product. I have a complete Sony home theather setup in my room and its been there for about 5 years and it sounds great. We have 3 Sony Tv's in the house also one of them been 15 years old and never had a problem. I find it hard to believe that in car decks theyr not that good. They usually good at every thing they make. I dont know about other's oppinions on Sony, but to me its been great. My Digital Camera is a Sony Cybershot W7 and I have yet to see any other brand of its rated 7 MP perform better for the same price. i own a PSP and yes the games suck for it! But its alright. I like Sony but im researching on the Cd units. Maybe Pioneer is better. What do you guys think of Sony?

Nothing is wrong with buying audio stuff from that place.. i have a bunch of times.. no problems... Also... If u buy a good product.. do u really need to worry about a warranty? The sony stuff in car audio isnt the greatest.. i would go for Kenwood..Eclipse.. Pioneer Premier.. not the reg. Pioneer..
