yeag there are many things to take into consideration if you want to push it, each gate acts as a capacitor relative to the next one because they are so close, so if yurusing mosfet youll have a capacitance between gate and source, between gate and drain, betweengate and body so on and so forth. But in the end there are major classes f amplifiers which they are discussing which are power amps, which up the power. Other transistor connection methods will up voltage other will up current, thsi way you get both uped (Power=IV)
