4 inch components?

Anyone know of some good 4 inch components for up front in my gen 2 camry. Right now i have some infinity reference 4 inch coaxials, but they dont hold up to well. Some nice components with tweeters in the pillars would really do the trick. Its either this or I'm gonna build custom mounts to replace the boxes that are in the stock locations that will fit 5 inchers so i can throw in a infinity component set up. you gen 2 camry guys know what im talking about. third option is to make custom kick panels.

1. 4 inch components?
2. Has anyone tried replacing those crappy 3.5 in. boxes in the dash. I think im gonna have to do it either way.
3. Later on I'm gonna post pics of the rad sub setup i just finished. I think you guys will be impressed with its appearance.

I would just build Kicks. I do like your idea of the Tweeters in the A Pillar

Forget the speakers in the dash. The location is just whack.

What I did on my gen 2:

i gotta say lower door speakers are way worse for imaging then something in the stock dash location. the dash is closer to your ears and above your leg.

In my Paseo, I used to run Infinity Reference 4" components up front, with the Infinity Reference tweeters in the pillars. Never quite sounded right. After an upgrade to Kappas, I mounted the tweeters right next to the mid/woofer behind the stock door grill via a PVC endcap. 100% sounds improvement.

I am not sure if the 4" Infinity components are available anymore though.
