^ what he said.. basically if your not to concerned with it being that good then dont buy something to expensive. $200 dollars will buy you a nice set of components but no amp for them will be pretty crappy. Basically you need more $ if you want anything above wal-mart
But however.. you can replace both the back and front speakers for 200 and have decent speakers.. just dont buy crappy stuff like dual and jensen and you'll be fine. Pioneer Alpine Kenwood, whatever you want pretty much everything is better than stock

Yeah, $200 can get you some nice frontstage components, but then you'd want something like a $200 amp to power it, well maybe a $150 2-chn one will do fine.
Components usually come with tweeters and crossovers.

kindly help me out here. I only play MP3 , and never play radio, never play any loud music, so do I need amp? What exactly it does.
The CD player I got sounds really nice even with factory speakers, but I want more clarity, because I listen to lot of instrumentals etc.
I revised my budget, please suggest come specific speakers that I can gets in Circuit City, Best Buy etc. for about $400 ( Hope I can tell my wife they costed only $200)
I can help... I would sudjest some Infinity speakers if you want really crisp clean highs.. you wont have a whole lot of bass but it will sound good.. Dont buy from Circuit city or Best Buy though they will jew you out so much money. You could also try Polk Audio. They make some good normal coaxial speakers as well.
check out www.sounddomain.com they have some pretty good prices on stuff, at least better than you will find at BB and CC. You will not need to spend anymore than 200 for a decent set of speakers.
If you still need some suggestions just write me up.. or write back up on here and ill give you a few of my reccommendations.
Are you looking for a component setup or coaxial setup? Component setups usually come with a seperate crossover and small front tweeters, while coaxial setups are simpler since it only requires the speaker. Obviously the component setup gives better sound quality, but a bit harder to install and configure.
It's recommended that you just buy parts online and find a friend or someone to install it for you, BestBuy or Circuit City will charge you lots for installation and speakers.
Orion 4002 is a 2chn amp with 400W, for about a price of $170, it's a great amp, might be a bit overkill for a sound quality setup though, the Orion 3002 is 2chn as well, about $120.
