If the Perfects are single 4 ohm then no, that amp will not be a good match. You could wire to a 1 ohm final load or a 4 ohm final load. That amp is optimized for most power at 2 ohms load.
If you were looking at Dual 4 ohm subs then you could wire it to a 2 ohm final load.
Are you open to other suggestions on amps and subs? Do you really need 4 subs? How about two higher powered subs?
Use this wiring guide to help figure out impedance loads.
I Am Sure About Buying The Four 12" infinity Kappa Perfect 12 VQd Subs...
I Just Want An Amp To Max. Out The Four Subs...Any Suggestion To Do This?
And Does Anyone Have An Answer To My Other Question Of The Phoenix Gold Octane R 5.0:1 Being Too Much Power For One 12" Infinity Kappa Perfect 12 VQd Sub?

The R 5.0:1 will not overpower one of them. Its 400watts rms for that sub. And that amp doesnt put that in any ohm independence. So you would be ok using that amp on one, bu it may seem a little weak I would assume.
What Amp Will Max. All Five Dual 4 ohms 12" Subs Out With At Least 2000 Watts To Run Each At 400W RMS If Not Then 2500 Watts To Run Each At 500W RMS?
The DLS Amp You Suggested I Dont Think Can Do That..If I Need To Go With Two 1200W Amps I Will Do That But I Need An Amp/s That Will Make These Subs Pound And Hit...Hard...At 400-500W RMS Each
Anyone With Suggestions On Amp/s For My Subs Please Post

Here is an amp that is freakin huge and should get the job done effortlessly. I have heard that this amp is quite expensive though, but since you said money is no object a good grand or two should be nothing...
Any Sub $1,350 Or Under That Will Give Me The 2500W RMS Power, 500W Per Sub? But That Is A Great Amp That Will Make My Subs Hit Clean And Sound Flawless...
Beside These 7000$ Amps...
Especially An Amp You Know Personally That You Have Heard Being Used...

I'm sorry, I really want to help. But I can't understand a damn word you just said nor any of the ones you have been saying.
It's almost like you've completely ignored what Rob posted...
Especially An Amp You Know Personally That You Have Heard Being Used...
If your saying that i havnt heard that amp your wrong. GOing to be real hard to get 1 amp to do 2500w. You could try 2 arc audio 2500(what i have to push my two flatlines) would give you 2000watts. or you can try 2 of these arc audio amps fd2100d. there going to be a little out you price range. could get two for about 1500-1800. Also could try to get 2 zapco reference 1100.1.
Sorry I Will Re-Write That Post...
Is There Any Subwoofer That Is $1,350 Or Under That Will Give Me The 500W RMS Per Subwoofer I Want, 2500W Total? An Amp That Is Great And Will Make My Subwoofers Hit Clean And Sound Flawless...Especially An Amp That You Heard Personally And Know It Sounds Clean And Great...
Beside These 7000$ Amps People Have Suggested...No Offense To Who Suggested Them But I Aprecciate It...

I Wasn't Implying That At All Sorry You Thought That...But If Its Going To Be Hard To Get One Amp To Do 2500W Do You Think One 3000W Amp Would Do The Trick? If So, Suggestion Please.
