I've always used Dynamat on all my cars and have no complaints. I just bought a trunk kit from E-Bay and have a lot leftover. They go for about $150 but I got it for $80 on ebay.
Dynamat is a waste of money if you are paying retail....or even half of retail. I use and rec. RAAMmat. It's 60 mils thick, and butyl based(like Dynamat Extreme)
What kind of deal is it? Is it Dynamat Extreme? I would not suggest anyone using regular Dynamat, it is Junk. If it is Dynamat Extreme, what kind of price are you paying?
+1 on the RaamMat. Awesome stuff. Easy to apply, perfect stickiness, no need for a heat gun, thicker than most.
I roll of RaamMat should do all 4 doors and the whole trunk.
The owner or Raam Audio, Rick, is a great guy. I sold him some nice home audio equipment. Tell him, Kent from Toyota Nation sent you, and he should knock off at least $10 per roll.
Has anyone here ever used B-Quiet Ultimate? I'm planning on ordering it, I would go with RaamMat. But B-Quiet is made in Canada and I enjoy not getting raped with border fees and shipping.
Plus, anyone know how much it will take to completely cover a 91 4 door Tercel? I'm talking completely cover, doors, trunk, floor, roof, under the hood, rear dash. I'm even thinking I'll get some spray on stuff for the wheel wells and places I can't reach.
