Is this a decent sub?

I've looked around the threads and the good vs. crap list and visonik is listed in the crap area, but I saw this visonik set on sale and was wondering if it's worth a shot?

It comes with the 300W 10" enclosed sub and mono amp to match. It's part of the new 2006
product line. I'm not looking for competition subs, but just something to give my 98 camry's stock speakers an extra boom.

bad idea.... will be an incredibly bad sounding sub. you can get something better than that. If money is an issue just wait till yu can at least get a decent 10.

Is 100 bucks your max budget for a sub, amp and enclosure?

i worked at pepboys for a while and heard those and they sound like shit. id put that 100 dollars towards something better.

and that combo package was 39.99 at pepboys should be no more than 49.99. ebay is screwing you on that deal

Honestly, I didn't think the packaging looked bad at all lol. Although their older models did look like crap...

Yah... unfortunately, I am on a rather tight budget right now. Personally, I am quite happy with my setup right now. I just get an itch to look for a sub now and then and the visonik showed up. I'm quite a novice in this department, so it was appealing because it came as a whole package.
