wat do u guys think....???

i recently have a 15" L7 running at 2 ohms on 900watts @ 2ohms. sounds nice but not loud enough. anyway...i planned out a whole new system. 12"solox in custom ported box, maybe a port going into the cab of the car. i want a 1ohm so i can bridge it up to 2ohms to run a hifonics xx atlas 4000w @ 2ohms max. for quality music sound- right now i have some crappy pioneer 6x9s running on a 400watt pyle of crap amp they sound ok and in the front i have coaxials ghetto-rigged, i cut the tweeter connections and wired them up to my door kicker ks13 tweeters, sounds nice and my tweeters sound beautiful. i also have tweeters on the pillar between the front and back door, pioneer ts-t15's. i want to get more kicker tweeters, 6.5" kicker mids for the front and the rear for mid range and 8" kicker mids front and back for midbass. thinking of running a kicker 200.2 on each pair of 6.5's and maybe the same for the 8's. somehow my front speakers over power my back speakers which r being run by an amp...sad lol, i dont even hear the back ones anymore. power...im thinking about the stinger 1700 drycell battery but i know my alternator will need to be able to push out more power so i dont know what to do about that. give me suggestions on how to get the power i need out of my battery and alternator??

Are you sure you aren't deaf? I have one 12" running off about 425w RMS and it crushes my brain. Try changing the way your sub faces, sometimes the acoutics of your trunk will just cancel out the bass. It's odd that way. If I have my sub facing forward, no bass. Sit it in the middle facing the passengerside, lots of brain crushing eye watering bass.

Also try getting less speakers but of higher quality. Makes mounting easier and sounds better.

Sounds like its time for an alternator upgrade, the true way to get more current going. You can get it rewound for couple of hundred, or possibly buy another one. As well, look into an Optima battery....

As for having all front volume, that's how it should be. You should hear everything up front, not from the rear. It's called staging. Rear speakers are for the rear passengers and possibly some fill, but it's all about the front speakers. But if your 15" sub isn't loud enough, then you probably have hearing loss so can't help you there...

i want the whole sound quality even, front and rear, for rear passengers ...i do have a 4door. anyway...yea i was planning on upgrading battery and alternator but im not sure how many amps to get the alt. and wat battery to get to run w/ it for the amount of power i want. I love bass so i just want really loud crazy trunk rattling bass, i'd like to enter an spl comp. one day just to see how i do. yea my 15...w/e way i face it it thumps hard and nice. it does thump loud but i want louder. i like the bass of a 15 but i want more power! lol. i might just get one 15" L7 and get a custom ported box built for it. btw its only running 900watts
