deh-7600 pioneer aux issue

Hey everyone, I have done an install for an ipod similar to this, http://forums.clubrsx.com/showthread.php?t=295216. However I will only get sound to both the front and year speakers and not to the sub. Does anyone know of a way to get it to be routed to the sub?

Are you using the cd players onboard amp for the interior speakers?

I would just get the CD IB100, much better sound quality than the headphone jack.

Its kind of annoying, I have ipod connected to the aux through a y splitter, however it will not use the head units built in amp it is controlled through the ipod. Meaning that volume and other controls will only work through the ipod and nothing is working on the head unit.
