Which wire do I cut to delete siren tones?

Here's a pic of the circuitry:

Is it the ones on the bottom or along the right side?

The siren is a DEI 515R.

Thanks.

the siren has 6 tones and is customizable by selecting which tones you like and deleting the rest

The siren tone wires should loop back into the board and they should be sequential. So if you want to eliitate specific tones, listen to the original pattern, and figure out which ones you want.

You gotta find the loops, I don't see those looping back, can you get a picture of the full length of those wires?

The DEI sirens have wire loops on the pcb.

Trigger the alarm so that it goes off. It'll play the 6 tones over and over again. They always get played in the same order.

Cut the loops to any tones you don't want. Loop 1 = 1st tone that gets played. Loop 2 = 2nd tone that gets played. And so on.

There should be some instructions on the box the siren came in.

actualy, after looking at the manual, I don't think you can change the pattern with this one. The model number you gave me is designed to be a backup alarm. It goes off if the power to it is cut. That's why it came with keys to turn it off.

well if the product isn't matching the manual, I'd call DEI in the morning and ask em what's up.
