Sound Deadening!

Can Someone Please educate me in sound deadening, I was at the elemental design website and i saw something like edead, and i also know of dynamat, but what if im just trying to make sure that my trunk doesn't rattle and stuff like that?

I put dynamat extreme in mine. Wasnt that heavy and it works great

hmm, im honestly dont want to do all the removing and stuff, is there anyway to just put the sound deadening on the trunk? not like everywhere where the spare tire is and stuff. if you dont really understand what im talking about i could always take a picture of it and show you!
