New stereo help

I have just bought an '06 4-Runner with the xsp package and I want to put in a better sounding stereo system. I am going to keep the stock head unit, but I want to put in new speakers, amp and sub. I want to go with all JL Audio all the way around(amp, speakers, sub) and I am going to use the stealthbox that JL Audio offers. I want to keep everything looking stock and I want to know is there a place I can put the amps so that they are not seen. I was told I can put them under the front seats, but there are air ducts/tubes under the seats from the ac/heat. I just don't know where I can put the amps. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks.

My mom's got a '04 4Runner. I'll take a look at it later today.

My Camry has the AC/Heating vents under the front seats as well, but I was still able to fit an MTX 421D under the driver's seat and a PPI 2300 under the passenger seat with little problem. I think I had to take a blade and cut off a corner of one of the "vents" to fit the PPI, but nothing huge. Not sure of the sizes on the JL amps, nor of the space under the seats, but I don't see a big problem with under-the-seat mounting. Though I forget that I live in Arizona, and NEVER use my heater, only AC, so it blows cool air on my amps instead of warm air, which may be a problem for some.

You could always build a mirrored version of the stealthbox to use as the amp rack if you wanted to. I dunno. But welcome.
