Frequency step change and temperature conversion

Hello to everybody !

I tried to search on this forum and I couldn't find any reference on how to change the stepping of the frequency from the US standard to EU standard on a 6 CD in dash JBL receiver on a 2005 Corolla LE brought from US to EU. Tried to Google-it and I got same nothing.

Is there somebody that knows how to mod the JBL to change the frequency step for EU ?
I know that is doable since the JBL can diagnose itself and display the errors (info found on the repair manuals for 2005 Corolla but doesn't contain any other info on the JBL piece).

Also, how can I change the temperature gauge display from Fahrenheit to Celsius degrees ?
