Ok My System is so messed up and for me my music HAS to be perfect..i need help

Here is what i have:
Two 6x9 260watt max powered by a 2channel 200watt amp

One JL Sub(not sure of watts or RMS) pwered by a US Acuostics USP200..2x200 amp i have it bridged for the sub.

One Kenwood MP6025 powering two 4inch dash speakers

My Problem: Just installed the sub and it "sounds like a pen tapping inside in high bass" but the main problem is when i turn up the volume the sound was swaying left right randomly and really making me mad...please please help Sorry for the long post but you guys know best. thanks
