First thing, no capacitor. Do the "Big 3" (search if you don't know).
Secondly, I assume we're talking peak power in your post, which is irrelevant (for the most part). What is the RMS wattage of everything you have (Amp, speakers and subs)?
If we can get some model numbers I can find the products you have and see what we can do with what you have. I'm having trouble finding the Sony amp.
And you have FOUR 6x9's? You have a relatively small car, so you may not need all those speakers. If possible, look into a decent component set for the front and lose the rear fill. I don't know that you need two 12's, but if you want them, go for it. One can ge pretty loud if done right.

Realistically, you could do either, bridge the four channels down to two (assuming the amp allows for this, I couldn't find any real specs on the amp) for use with the two subs giving them well over two hundred watts (assuming they are dual 4 ohm you can bridge them to two ohm, and bridging the amp should give you two ohms on each channel. Or you could go the easy route, and use the four channels for the four speakers (I still don't know why you need four 6x9s and two subs, but whatever), giving them more than enough power. Then purchase either a decent powered four channel and bridge for the subs, a decent powered two channel giving each sub its' own channel, or a mono, wiring the subs properly to squeeze the juice out of the amp. Mono will probably be the cheapest/most effective option here, and probably right up your alley.
