Are your amps turning off when you shut your car off?

Wait a second here...I guess this answers my question. If you didn't get this fixed and your amps aren't turning off, they could be draining the batter overnight, even as you're charging it, which would cancel out the charge.

I just had to take my battery in and get a new one, and had them test my old battery, and they were telling me something to the effect that once it looses x-amount of voltage, its usually not worth it to recharge it. I assume it to be something with the cells and a one-way-charge kinda thing. I have no idea though.

Charging through the alt. after you've drained the batt. would probably take a long time to get back up to snuff. Take it to Autozone and have them test it for you or something.
