I have original speakers on my 93 Corolla.. my left speakers work always but my right (both door and rear) wont work and sometime suddenly start working (lasts only several minutes)..

what might be the problem? how to diagnose it?

thanks for your suggestions.. if i figure it out i want to put a new HU and and new speakers (if necessary)..

thx

If both right side speakers quit working at the same time and both suddenly start working at the same time it sounds like a problem with the headunit itself. I doubt that car had a seperate amp but if it does the problem could be there also.

I changed my speakers along with HUD.. My 93 corolla had original speakers and they where frozen..

thats the reason for no sound from right side speakers.. After changing speakers they are rocking now.

i dont have any plans of installing a subwoofer now.. may be in future..

thanks..
